Our distribution centre is in Hong Kong.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All payments are processed via PayPal to keep your information securely encrypted as well as bank transfer.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
All products are priced in HK Dollars (HKD). All transactions will be charged in HKD and converted to your local currency on your bank statement.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via a third party warehouse. Please read for more at shipping information.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
You can find a size chart in the description section of each product page. As all our products have a unique size chart, please look at each of them before adding to cart. If you need more assistance in choosing a size, do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com
WHAT IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE?
Some items can sell out really quickly and we cannot gurantee if any of them will be restocked. If you wish to see the items(s) to be back in stock, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN?
We understand that it can be really frustrating when the tracking status says delivered but you did not receive it. There are a few things you can do:
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear that they aren't right for you. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on orders within 14 working days of receipt and it meets our return policy.
