We are sorry to hear that they didn't work out for you. We are happy to accept returns received within 14 calendars days of receipt. Please ensure that your items do not fall under non-exchangeable and non-refundable brands & items and make sure the product is with original packaging & condition, unwashed, unworn & tags intact.

The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. Once you have checked that everything is in place, you are ready to make the return of your shopping back to us !

Upon arrival of your return item to us, our quality check team will take 1-2 working days to process your return. You will receive an email notification - "Your return has been received" once your return is processed.

Exchange Policy

Please send an email at hello@blissme-hk.com for exchange with order details. Your new exchange item will be delivered in 3-7 working days once we receive your return parcel back. We will be sending you email notifications for each step in the process. Do keep a lookout for it !

Some items which we need to source from our suppliers, the delivery lead time ranges from 7-14 working days.

If unfortunately, your reserved item is not available, we will refund item with the original payment method used to make the original purchase.

The shipping expense of exchange will be at your cost.

Refund Policy

Please send an email at hello@blissme-hk.com for refund. Refunds are typically issued at your original payment method. Using the table below, see what refund options are available to you. You will receive an email notification once your refund is proceed.

Bliss Me reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original items have not reached to us.

Incorrect or Defective Item

Oops, this is mightily embarrassing. We are very sorry and we would like to make it up to you ! Please drop us an email at hello@blissme-hk.com with the following details:

1. Your order number

2. The matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect / defective item)

3. The product SKU

4. Pictures or videos, whichever applicable

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brands

Please note that due to the final clearance, hygiene concerns, and suppliers' requests, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Kindly double check that the items you wish to return or before you order.

Please note: If the returns team receives a non-returnable item, we will send back to the item to the original shipping address without a refund / exchange, the shipping expense will be at your cost.
